Kiara Dunston

Kiara Dunston, M.A., is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Manager for the National Society of Black Engineers since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kiara held various positions at Greater Bergen Community Action, Inc., including Communications Specialist and Marketing Communications Assistant, where responsibilities included producing strategic communications, press releases, and marketing videos to enhance the agency's profile as a leading anti-poverty organization. Kiara also has experience as a Content Writer for Comodo Cybersecurity, a Contributing Writer for The Source Magazine, and a Copywriter for Bed Bath & Beyond. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.
