Ian Bilsborough

Ian Bilsborough's work experience includes roles as Head of Data & Information at National Star since April 2023, Data and Information Manager at National Star from November 2021 to April 2023, and Data Protection Practitioner at National Star from November 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Departmental Records Officer at Natural England from April 2012 to September 2016, a Senior Specialist and Team Leader at Natural England from September 2008 to 2012, and as the Head of Information Services at Countryside Agency from December 2005 to October 2006.

Ian Bilsborough obtained their A level degree from Manchester Grammar School between 1974 and 1981, with a focus on English, French, and Modern History. Ian then pursued higher education at the University of St Andrews from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History of Art.
