Emma Hayes has over a decade of experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at National Storage since October 2016. Emma's HR career began as an HR Administrator, progressing through various roles including HR Advisor and Senior People and Culture Advisor. Prior experience includes positions at Anglo American and Rio Tinto as an Employee Services Officer, as well as diverse roles in the hospitality industry with ALH Group.
