Sean McTighe

Sean McTighe has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Sean started their career at Washington Mutual Finance Co in 2003 as a Team Lead. In 2006, they joined McMaster-Carr as a Sales Operations Specialist where they played a key role in increasing company productivity by improving operational processes and resolving customer service issues. In 2008, they became the Quality Control Manager at American Public University System. Then, in 2010, they joined the National Student Clearinghouse as the StudentTracker Manager and later became the Director of Data Excellence & Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Compliance & Data Operations at the National Student Clearinghouse, where they set the strategic direction for data intake, processing, and reporting.

Sean McTighe received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) from LinkedIn, with the year of completion being 2023.
