Lerato Mogafe

Lerato Mogafe has extensive experience in the field of social work and employment facilitation. Currently serving as a Social Worker at the National Tooling Initiative Programme (NTIP) since May 2016, Lerato also holds the position of Employment Officer at the National Technologies Implementation Platform, where responsibilities include designing employability training materials, facilitating workshops, and marketing programs to employers. Key roles involve assessing students, tracking job placements, and maintaining employment data to support students' personal development and job readiness. Additionally, Lerato manages on-the-job training calendars, compiles reports on student progress, and oversees the alumni database.
