Katharine Primosch

Katy Primosch is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the National Transportation Safety Board since January 2023. Prior to this role, Katy worked as Counsel to Chairman Daniel B. Maffei at the Federal Maritime Commission from July 2019 to February 2023 and served as agency counsel at the Postal Regulatory Commission from February 2017 to July 2019. Katy's earlier experience includes positions as Legal Intern/Paralegal Specialist/Attorney Advisor at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, Summer Law Clerk at Council Baradel, and Administrative Assistant at T. Rowe Price, among others. Katy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
