Damian Duffy

Damian Duffy has a diverse and extensive work experience. Damian started their career at the Benaim Group in 1994 as a Senior Design Engineer & Design Manager, where they worked on designing road bridges and underground metro stations and tunnels in various countries. Damian also had a one-year secondment as a Site Engineer with Gammon Construction in Hong Kong. Damian then moved on to become the Regional Manager at Benaim Group before transitioning into a Business Development Manager role. In 2005, they joined Kingspan as the Head of Technical Department for Off-site Building Solutions. Currently, Damian is working at the National Treasury Management Agency as the Head of Technical, Planning & Procurement for the National Development Finance Agency.

In 1991, Damian Duffy enrolled in Queen's University Belfast, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Civil Engineering. Damian successfully completed their degree in 1993.

Afterward, in 1993, they furthered their education at Imperial College London, where they pursued a Master of Science in Structural Engineering. Damian completed this program in 1994.

In 2003, Damian Duffy pursued an Executive MBA at the London Business School, specializing in General Management. Damian studied there until 2005.

Finally, in 2016, Damian Duffy enrolled at the Institute of Directors (IoD) to pursue a Diploma in Company Direction. Damian successfully completed this program in 2017.
