Lorraine Sibley

Lorraine Sibley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Lorraine started their career in 2001 at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital as a Data Co-Ordinator and later worked as a Cardiac Surgery Administrator. In 2002, they joined Rotunda Hospital as an Information and Complaints Manager, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they developed skills in information management and handling complaints. In 2014, they worked briefly at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in the Freedom of Information Central Policy Unit. Since 2015, Lorraine has been associated with the National Treasury Management Agency, where they have held positions such as FOI Manager, Head of Corporate Information Services, and currently serves as the Deputy Director, Operations & Corporate Affairs. Their experience in the public sector demonstrates their expertise in information management, policy guidance, and corporate affairs.

Lorraine Sibley has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from University College Dublin. Lorraine also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College, Dublin.
