Lindsay Bennett

Lindsay Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and writing. Currently serving as the Senior Volunteering & Community Officer at the National Trust since September 2021, Lindsay has previously held various roles, including Manager of the Kirklees Home Library Service and Community Engagement Development Worker at the Royal Voluntary Service from July 2017 to September 2021. As a freelance Travel Writer since April 2017, Lindsay has also contributed to the industry through work with Bigworld Productions from 1995 to April 2017, where responsibilities included travel writing, presenting, and brand identity development. Lindsay possesses a BA Hons degree in Politics from Newcastle University and completed early education at Morley Grammar School.
