Dale Y. Johnson

Dale Y. Johnson has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. They began their career as an Associate in Human Resources at the National Urban League in 2001 and progressed to various managerial positions, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Director. In January 2021, they were promoted to Senior Director of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition. Prior to their time at the National Urban League, Dale worked as an Executive Assistant at Harvardnet in 2000 and as a NASDAQ Project Coordinator at ESSC/GENICOM from 1994 to 2000.

Dale Y. Johnson earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Taylor Business Institute.
