Lillian Mehran, PhD, MPH, CHES, is a seasoned public health professional and founder of Reframe Health, where the focus is on consulting for organizations addressing health inequities and injustices in healthcare. Currently serving as a Health Equity Scholar in Residence at the National Urban League, Lillian plans and organizes webinars on social determinants of health. Previous roles include Senior Consultant for Outreach and Education at End of Life Choices New York, where Lillian led educational initiatives and authored a comprehensive guide on end-of-life planning. Lillian's extensive experience includes positions at The New York Stem Cell Foundation, the American Public Health Association, and Weill Cornell Medicine, showcasing expertise in research management, ethics, and program evaluation. Educational credentials include a PhD in Community Health & Health Policy from CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, an MPH from Hunter College, and a Bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University in Psychology and Gender Studies.
