Paul Minear

Paul Minear is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, purchasing, and environmental services. Currently serving as a Field Representative at Genpact since April 2019, Paul also operates an independent consulting business, Coastal Indoor Air Diagnostics, focusing on property losses due to water damage. Previous roles include Purchasing and Fabrication Coordinator at Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection, Purchasing Agent/Shop Manager at Champion Fire Protection, and Plant Operations Manager at Vanguard Healthcare.
