Michelle Gilmore

Michelle Gilmore is an experienced professional in the healthcare and administrative sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Provider Relations at National Vision Administrators (NVA) since October 2016. Prior roles at NVA include Director of Health Plans Administration and Senior Manager of Health Plans Administration. Previous experience includes managing customer service operations as Service Operations Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and a Program Manager role at the same organization, where compliance with HIPAA Privacy regulations was a key focus. In addition to a background in real estate as a Broker/Sales Associate at Weichert Realtors, Michelle holds a Master of Science in Management from Thomas Edison State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
