Andrea Dedominicis

Andrea DeDominicis has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Andrea began their career as a Sales Assistant at Katz Media Group in 2000. Andrea then worked as a Physician Recruiter at ApolloMD from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Benevis as the Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment strategy for Benevis and its clients. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Benevis, managing a team of 12 talent acquisition managers. In 2018, Andrea joined National Vision Inc. as the Vice President of OD Recruitment and later became the Vice President of National Vision Recruiting and Candidate Experience in 2020.

Andrea DeDominicis earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Georgia between 1996 and 2000.
