Nichie Abella has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in email marketing and optimization. Currently serving as the Email Execution and Optimization Lead at National Vision Inc. since November 2020, Nichie previously held roles such as Email Channel Lead at Healthy Hemp Oil LTD and AVP, Digital Marketing at Credit One Bank, where responsibilities included managing various digital marketing strategies. With a strong foundation in email marketing developed during tenures at The Venetian I The Palazzo and Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Nichie began the professional journey as a Marketing Coordinator at Plaza Hotel and Casino and a Marketing Associate at CSAA Insurance Group. Nichie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
