Noel Leon

Noel Leon serves as the Director of the Abortion Access Legal Defense Fund at the National Women's Law Center since February 2023, following previous roles including Associate at Emery Celli Brinckerhoff Abady Ward & Maazel LLP and Interim Director of State Abortion Access at the National Women's Law Center. Prior experience includes judicial clerk at the U.S. District Court and various positions at the National Women's Law Center, progressing from Legal Fellow to Senior Counsel. Additional roles include Legal Fellow with Reproductive Health Technologies Project and If/When/How, as well as internships at the New York Civil Liberties Union and Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Noel Leon holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Yale University.
