June Gustafson

June Gustafson is an experienced educator and union leader currently serving as a Union Official for the Massachusetts Democratic Party since April 2024. As a Board Member for the Massachusetts Teacher Association since April 2019, June has contributed significantly to education advocacy. June also holds a Teacher Consultant role with the National Writing Project since June 2012, focusing on writing and writing instruction. With a teaching career beginning at Hingham Public Schools in July 2004, June has held various leadership positions, including President of the Hingham Education Association from July 2017 to June 2023 and Associate Producer for Film from January 2021 to June 2023. June's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Boston University and other advanced degrees in education from Fitchburg State University and Lesley University.
