Ashley Brown, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the National Youth Advocate Program since May 2017, Ashley has progressed through multiple HR leadership positions within the organization. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Besa Lighting, HR Business Partner at Harry & David, and Staffing Coordinator at Acloche, showcasing a strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Management and Human Resources from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tusculum University.
