Björn Hoogenes

Björn Hoogenes is an experienced SAP Engineering Manager at Nationale-Nederlanden, holding various roles since September 2001, including SAP Department Manager and Agile Transformation Lead, overseeing approximately 70 IT professionals and managing a budget of around 5 million euros. Björn has also served as a Road Manager in the SAP BI/Basis department, an Agile Project & Change Manager, and a consultant in SAP BW and CRM projects. In addition, Björn contributed to the quality management system as a certified CMMi assessment team member. Professional experience includes ownership of DeltaWay Automatisering VOF and participation in the organization of the IPMA World Congress 2014. Educational qualifications include a current post-master’s degree in Organizational Change Psychology from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
