Gerbrand Erdkamp

Gerbrand Erdkamp has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Gerbrand currently holds the position of Global Head HR Shared Services, Analytics & Innovation at Nationale-Nederlanden, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Managing Partner at HRI-BV from 2016. Gerbrand also worked at VodafoneZiggo as the Lead People Analytics from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they held the role of Director ORTEC Data Science | Lead HR practice at ORTEC Data Science in 2017. From 2013 to 2016, Gerbrand served as the HR Director Growth & Challengers countries & Head Human Capital Analytics at ING.

Gerbrand Erdkamp has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Leadership from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In addition, they hold a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Econometrics & Operations Research from Tilburg University. Gerbrand also completed an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
