Vijayan Rayan

Vijayan Rayan has over 22 years of experience in various roles related to business analysis, analytics, and product management. Vijayan started their career at PRC in 1999 as a Senior Client Systems Analyst, where they managed projects for large clients. Vijayan then moved to Lydian Data Services as a Senior Analyst before joining Kaplan INC in 2007. At Kaplan INC, they served as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Manager and later as an Executive Director in BI and Analytics. In November 2021, they joined NationsBenefits as the VP of Product and Operations. Vijayan has a strong background in managing, designing, and implementing data and process improvement solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Vijayan Rayan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Madras from 1988 to 1992. In 2022, they attended Kellogg Executive Education for a course in Product Strategy. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education in 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021.
