Thomas Hilgardner

Thomas Hilgardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, real estate investment, and community development. As the Founder and Director of the Processing Department at Nationwide Fund Recovery since May 2019, Thomas has established the organization’s vision, operational systems, and strategic growth initiatives while managing relationships with licensed attorneys in the fund recovery sector. Additionally, as a self-employed real estate investor since October 2017, Thomas has specialized in the acquisition and renovation of over 100 properties across 26 states and received the "Investor of The Year" nomination in 2020. Past roles include Director of Programs at The Altenheim, Life Enrichment Coordinator at Plymouth Place Senior Living, Community Developer at Bodhi Spiritual Center, Residential Construction Manager at Jayco Home Improvement LLC, and a hospice volunteer.
