Kevin J. Flanagan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kevin J. began their career as a Human Resources Associate Intern at JPMorgan Chase in 2007. Kevin J. then joined Nationwide Insurance in 2008, where they held various positions, including Recruiting Coordinator, Sr. Business Information Analyst, and Specialist in Business Consulting. During their time there, they managed partner compensation, improved processes, created financial plans, and served as a business lead for contract management systems. In 2015, they transitioned to Nationwide Pet, where they worked as a Sales Engineer, Manager of Multi-Channel Sales, and Consultant in Partner Integration and Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Director in Partner Integration and Service Delivery at Nationwide Pet.

Kevin J. Flanagan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Organizations from Miami University Farmer School of Business. Kevin J. also completed a program in Training & Development with a focus on Effective Communications and Human Relations at Dale Carnegie Training. Kevin graduated from Dublin Coffman High School and holds a certification as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent in all 50 states, obtained in April 2017.
