Steve R. Franke

Steve R. Franke, CPCU, ARe, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, transitioning to retirement in May 2019 after a distinguished career. Previously, Steve served as Vice President of Contract Underwriting and Vice President of Marketing at Scottsdale Insurance Company from April 2004 until retirement. Steve's earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Underwriting at American Equity Insurance Company (2000-2003) and Vice President of Underwriting at Nautilus Insurance Company (1986-2000), where various responsibilities encompassed leadership in marketing. Steve also held managerial and underwriting positions at Great Southwest Fire Insurance Company (1983-1985) and Sentry Indemnity Insurance Company (1980-1983). Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Insurance from Arizona State University between 1976 and 1981.
