Polly Robertson

Polly Robertson is a dedicated customer service professional with diverse experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at UNCLE Living since May 2024, Polly also holds the position of Community Host at Native Residential since September 2022, where responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for a luxury build-to-rent portfolio that accommodates 2,000 residents, as well as managing parcel deliveries and car parking. Prior to these roles, Polly worked at John Lewis & Partners from November 2018 to September 2022 as a Sales Assistant, providing product knowledge and addressing customer complaints in the cook and dine department. Polly holds a degree from Northumbria University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
