Laurie Xie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and branding strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Nativex since October 2023, Laurie previously held roles at CLA as a Client Success Manager and Assistant Account Manager, where responsibilities included auditing brand performance for luxury clients in the Chinese market, executing social media strategies, and managing influencer marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes positions at Tencent as an Assistant Producer, Hunan TV as a Television Director, and co-founding LOUD: Mind & Music, a festival focused on mental health awareness. Laurie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Global Media and Communications from the University of Southern California and an MSc in Global Media and Communication from The London School of Economics.
