Dan Poirier

Dan Poirier is an accomplished entrepreneur and military veteran with extensive experience in business consulting and technology development. As the Founder of Merritt Quest LLC since March 2020, Dan provides consulting services to early-stage founders and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Dan serves as Co-Founder and COO of Nativus, Inc., which focuses on proprietary heat exchanger technology for heating and cooling applications. Previously, Dan was the CEO and CFO of CLIP Laboratories from February 2020 to April 2023, ensuring reliable testing of cannabis products. Earlier in their career, Dan played a crucial role in supporting veterans at Take the Interview and served as a Close Air Support Instructor in the US Navy, where Dan trained over 500 military personnel. Dan Poirier holds a B.S. in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
