Edouard Wauquier

Edouard Wauquier is currently an M&A Analyst specializing in Infrastructure at Natixis Partners, with notable projects including the sale of ICG's stake in Océinde Communications to Crédit Agricole Assurances and leading a €200 million fundraising for HysetCo. Previously, Edouard completed internships as an M&A Analyst in TMT at Bryan, Garnier & Co, where significant acquisitions included NEHS Digital and Wealth Dynamix. Earlier experience includes a project at IBM focused on ethical AI solutions for the finance and insurance sectors. Edouard holds an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec and a licence in applied economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, along with a double degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Ecole polytechnique de Bruxelles.
