Véronique Sani

Véronique Sani is the current Chief Technology & Transformation Officer at Natixis. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Natixis from September 2018 to June 2022. Before their time at Natixis, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre from June 2015 to September 2018. From February 2010 to May 2015, they were the Managing Director of Americas Operations at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB. Véronique also served as the Global Head of Equity Derivatives Operations at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking from December 2002 to February 2010. Prior to that, they were the Account Manager Mid&Small Caps at Credit Agricole CIB from September 1994 to December 2002.

Véronique Sani has a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from HEC Paris, and they are also Series 99 Registered from FINRA.

They are on a team with Oliver Bilal - Head of International Sales and Marketing, Nathalie Bricker - CFO, and Nathalie Broutèle - Head of Non-Life Insurance. Véronique Sani reports to Nicolas Namias, CEO.
