Joshua Thrasher

Joshua Thrasher has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Joshua most recently worked at National Interstate Insurance Company as a Senior Application Analyst and Developer starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Systems Analyst at DWD Technology Group from October 2018 to December 2022, where they created custom integrations and developed web applications using C# .NET and SQL.

Before joining DWD Technology Group, Joshua worked at Kaiser Tool Company as a Software Developer from January 2018 to October 2018. In this role, they maintained and created modules for custom in-house software ERP and generated reports from ERP data.

In 2016, Joshua worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader - Assets Protection, where they were responsible for maintaining a clean and safe store environment, managing safety concerns, and mitigating store losses.

Prior to their role at Target, Joshua was a State Trooper at the Indiana State Police from July 2012 to August 2016. And before that, they worked at Thrasher Welding & Machine as a Project Manager/CNC Programmer from January 2004 to July 2012. In this role, they programmed and maintained CNC machines, managed projects from start to finish, and oversaw the computer network and data storage.

Joshua Thrasher has a diverse education history. Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Purdue University Fort Wayne, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the same institution, attending from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Joshua Thrasher has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2018, they obtained the CIW Site Development Associate certification from CIW and the CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA. Prior to that, in 2015, they completed the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation certification from John E. Reid and Associates, Inc.
