Lisa Mikol, JD, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In their most recent role as an IT PMO Project Manager at National Interstate Insurance Company, they began in February 2022. Before that, from September 2020 to February 2022, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at Everstream Solutions. From August 2019 to July 2020, Lisa worked as an Implementation Project Manager at Momentum Telecom. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at M3 Multifamily Media Management, LLC from October 2015 to August 2018. Lisa also briefly worked as a Client Services Representative at Foundation Software from June 2015 to September 2015. Lisa's career began in the aviation industry, where they held various roles such as Accounts Payable Manager at Constant Aviation from December 2013 to April 2015, Staff Accountant at Business Aircraft Group from February 2013 to June 2013, and Staff Accountant at Charter Air Transport from December 2010 to November 2012. Before entering the aviation industry, Lisa worked in government and media relations. Lisa Mikol, JD, PMP attended The Ohio State University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. Lisa then pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law from 1997 to 2001, specializing in the field of Law.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Lisa Mikol has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2017.
