Rose Augustin

Rose Augustin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rose began their career at Cleveland Browns as a High School Senior Experience in Player Development, where they created informative presentations and conducted research. Rose then worked at University of Notre Dame Women's Soccer Camp as a Counselor/Coach, welcoming and encouraging campers while analyzing and providing feedback on their soccer skills. Rose later joined McMaster-Carr as a Shipment/Inventory Coordinator, managing inventory and implementing strategic measures to ensure cost, quality, and schedule requirements are met.

Rose then held various roles at Echo Global Logistics, including Operations Manager/Agent and Station Partnerships, where they expanded and maintained relationships with 48 stations and agents, implemented Salesforce, and developed training programs. Rose also worked as a Client Sales representative, managing accounts and generating significant revenue through building relationships.

Currently, Rose is a Business Development Specialist at National Interstate Insurance Company, where they have continued to expand and maintain relationships, communicate underwriting expectations, and deliver creative solutions. Additionally, they have contributed to the expansion of captive programs through client prospecting and education.

Rose Augustin attended the University of Notre Dame from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Marketing. Rose'sstudies were focused in the Mendoza College of Business.
