Stephen Natoli

Stephen Natoli has a strong background in manufacturing and technical management. Stephen began their career at Natoli Engineering Company Inc. in 2009, where they served in various roles related to tablet press manufacturing and assembly. Stephen started as a Tablet Presses and Tablet Press Replacement Parts specialist and was promoted to Tablet Press Replacement Parts & Catalog Manager. In 2015, they became the Technical Center Manager, overseeing local offices and providing tablet press parts, encapsulation change parts, tablet presses, and technical training. In 2021, they were promoted to Director Of Manufacturing and Assembly, where they are responsible for setting and monitoring manufacturing schedules, working with suppliers, and forecasting production. In 2017, Stephen also took on the role of Managing Director for Natoli International, overseeing expedited tablet press parts and technical training in Poland. Prior to joining Natoli Engineering, Stephen worked as a Business Development Specialist at Truman Bancorp Inc. from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with bank clients.
