Cassandra Hammer

Cassandra Hammer has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher at Natomas Unified School District since August 2018. Cassandra has previously held various substitute teaching positions in multiple school districts, including Elk Grove Unified School District and St. HOPE Public Schools, and worked as a Substitute Teacher at Courtyard Private School Community. Prior to becoming a teacher, Cassandra gained valuable experience as an Instructional Assistant in Transitional Kindergarten and as a Preschool Teacher at Bright Horizons, where a focus was placed on the health, safety, and educational engagement of children. Educational credentials include an Intern Credential in Teacher Education from Sacramento County Office of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University-Sacramento.
