Rafael Cunha

Rafael Cunha is the Head of Finance, Operations & IBP at Natura &Co. Rafael has extensive experience in commercial planning workflow for various channels, including product life-cycle management, demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory management. Rafael previously worked as a Global Finance Planning & Analysis Manager at Avon, where Rafael contributed to strategic initiatives and ensured adherence to standards. Rafael also served as a Latin America Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst and Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst/Coordinator. Rafael is currently pursuing a BA in Philosophy and Ethics at The Open University.
