Silvia has over 20 years experience in large Brazilian and multinational companies in diverse sectors (such as retail, financial market, consulting and industry). She has in-depth knowledge in the fields of finance, innovation and people management, enabling her to contribute to the consolidation of Natura &Co Latin America as a broad omnichannel ecosystem. Silvia is a founding member of the Women Finance Leaders Group (W-CFO) and is involved in diverse women’s empowerment and general diversity initiatives.
