Marcy O'Connell

Marcy O'Connell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Since July 2016, Marcy has worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Natural Alternatives International, Inc. Prior to this role, Marcy served as Human Resources Manager at Amron International, Inc. from July 2012 to June 2016, and at REVA Medical, Inc. from January 2011 to July 2012. Additionally, Marcy held the position of Human Resources Manager at Brehm Communities from April 2001 to January 2010, and at Viterra Energy Services from October 1998 to March 2001. Early career experience includes working as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator at Uniden from 1997 to 1998. Marcy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from National University and has completed Executive Education in the Global Business of Human Resources at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
