Spencer Null

Spencer Null has worked in the engineering field for over 13 years. In 2007, they began as an Engineering Intern at Standard Motor Products, where they designed and modified aftermarket and original equipment parts for many top automotive companies. Spencer also gained hands-on experience using lathes and other machines to build and test prototypes. In 2010, they joined Henke Manufacturing as an Engineering Design Intern, where they designed new snow plows and side wings for various industrial vehicles using SolidWorks. In 2011, they held two positions simultaneously: Manufacturing Design Intern at MATCOR Metal Fabrication, where they designed, built, and implemented poka-yoke front stop fixtures for press brakes, and ME212 SolidWorks Student Teacher (Engineering Graphics) at Kansas State University. In 2012, they became Engineering Manager at Henke Manufacturing, and in 2016, they joined Natural Fiber Welding as Dir. Product Development and Product Development Engineer. In this role, they interfaced with customers and adjusted production and testing to develop products for commercialization, as well as researched and designed proprietary equipment for welding natural fibers.

Spencer Null obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Leadership Studies from Kansas State University between 2007 and 2012. Spencer also obtained a Full Focus Planner Certified Pro certification from Full Focus in October 2022.
