Scott Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Scott started their career in the US Army as an Aerial Surveillance Sensor Repairman, where they repaired and installed various surveillance systems. Scott then worked as a Systems Engineer at Inacom Information Systems, providing pre-sales configuration and consultation for clients. Scott also served as an Internet Services Manager at eCollege, managing a team that supported Microsoft-based services for the company.

In 1998, Scott joined Jefferson County Public Schools as a Wide Area Network Architect, where they managed a large network infrastructure for thousands of employees and students. Scott later became the Executive Director of Infrastructure Services, where they established strategic goals and policies for the IT Infrastructure Group.

Scott also worked at Surrex Solutions Corporation as a Contractor, managing computer operations and network capabilities for Ultimate Electronics. Scott then joined ViaWest, first as the Director of Network Engineering and later as the Director of Release Management.

From 2015 to 2019, Scott served as an Adjunct Instructor at Red Rocks Community College, teaching courses in Cyber Security. Scott then joined Spectrum as the Director of the Network Technology Group, providing leadership and direction to a team of network engineers and software developers.

Currently, Scott works at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage as the Director of IT Infrastructure, leading a team focused on delivering world-class infrastructure services. Scott is responsible for defining strategies to maximize resources and improve service levels using emerging platform technologies.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in infrastructure management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Scott Bell received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver between 1983 and 1989. Scott then pursued an MBA degree specializing in E-Business and Operations at Regis University from 2004 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Scott obtained the Certified SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019 and became a Certified Scrum Master in July 2014. Additionally, they have certifications in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft and VMWare Certified Associate in Cloud and Data Center Virtualization from VMware. Scott also has completed the Information Technology Instructional Library (ITIL) Foundation 3.0 and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Professional.
