Karina Paolone Pires has extensive experience in tax and people management, currently serving as Head of People and Culture at Natural One S/A since June 2019. Prior to this role, Karina worked as a Tax Manager and Tax Coordinator, overseeing tax responsibilities, revenue management, and compliance with tax obligations. Karina Paolone's previous experience includes a position as a Tax Consultant at PwC Brasil, where Karina Paolone implemented tax systems for multinational companies in the pharmaceutical and information technology sectors. Karina began their career as a Fiscal Analyst at PUC-SP, managing fiscal routines and obligations for diverse group companies. Karina holds a degree in Accounting from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and completed further education at BSSP Centro Educacional.
