Helen Suwannawongse

Helen Suwannawongse, FCIPD, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Natural Resource Governance Institute since October 2022. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, Helen has previously held roles such as Global HR & Organisational Development Consultant at Human Resources Services and Head of Human Resources for Leonard Cheshire and Oxfam International. Helen's expertise includes cultural transformation, leadership development, and strategic HR practices across various sectors. Noteworthy contributions include the development of HR policies for Oxfam across Asia and the design of the Global Shared Service for Talent & Resourcing at Oxfam International. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Fellowship in HR Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a distinction in Human Resources Management from EI of AHMA.
