Bianca Diaz currently serves as a State Resource Conservationist with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service since June 2023, with prior roles including State Program Specialist and Acting State Resource Conservationist. From August 2023 to November 2023, Bianca held the position of Acting Assistant State Conservationist for Programs. Bianca's career at USDA-NRCS began in June 2012, progressing through roles such as District Conservationist and Soil Conservationist over the years. Additionally, Bianca worked as a Soil Conservationist for USDA from October 2015 to June 2023, and from August 2013 to June 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as a Veterinarian in Animal Science at the University of Puerto Rico from August 2012 to June 2014. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with a focus on Animal Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
