Edward Osann

Edward Osann started their work experience in 1993 as the Director of Policy & External Affairs at the US Bureau of Reclamation. In 1996, they became the President of Potomac Resources, Inc., and held that position until 2009. In December 2009, they joined the Natural Resources Defense Council as a Senior Policy Analyst, where they served as the Team Leader for Water Use Efficiency and focused on analyzing utility investments in water efficiency, state and federal policy, and research and development for water efficiency. Edward Osann attended Georgetown University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs. Edward further continued their education at The George Washington University, pursuing a Masters degree in Urban & Regional Planning.
