Melanie L'Ecuyer

Melanie L'Ecuyer is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management, organizational design, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as HR Manager at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) since March 2015, Melanie has contributed to fostering innovation and supporting research initiatives in Canada. Prior to NSERC, Melanie held the HR Manager position at Northforge Innovations, where the focus was on advancing network communications. Additional experience includes roles at David Aplin Group as a Senior Consultant in Staffing, HR Advisor/Project Manager at the Human Resources Council, and Director of IT and Engineering, Government Staffing at MaxSys. Melanie's educational background includes a degree from Carleton University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
