Rachel Desrochers

Rachel Desrochers is an experienced professional with a strong background in research funding and program management. Currently serving as Manager and previously as Senior Program Officer and Program Officer at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) since May 2019, Rachel contributes to advancing discovery and innovation in Canada. Prior experience includes positions as Program Officer at the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), Grants Administrator at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, Project Management Officer at Bouygues Telecom, Analyst at IBI/DAA Group, and Consultant at CCC. Rachel holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and has earned both an M.Sc. in Transportation Geography and a B.Sc. in Environmental Geography from Université de Montréal.
