Jahed Momand

Jahed Momand is a co-founder and General Partner at Cerulean Ventures, where investment focuses on creating Energy and Nature Markets aimed at planetary-scale regeneration and climate impact. Additionally, Jahed co-hosts The Ownership Economy podcast, which discusses technological and economic innovations for equitable and democratic governance. Involved as a Limited Partner at Common Magic and a Founding Member of Nature Tech Collective, Jahed has also served as an investor and advisor since 2014, supporting various crypto protocols and projects. Currently, Jahed holds positions with NEXUS Global, The Commons Stack, and several investment roles with companies like Quantum Energy, Inc., Empower.eco, and Renoster. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Molecular Biophysics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as Chemistry from UC Irvine.
