Kalin Baxes

Kalin Baxes has a solid work history with experience in various industries. Starting in 2013, Baxes completed a 100-hour internship at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, where they worked on Project Orion and reported to the head of civil spaceflight. From 2015 to 2016, Baxes worked as a Special Services Associate at The Home Depot, receiving the New Associate of the Month award. They effectively communicated with supervisors, assistant managers, store managers, and customers, handling customer issues and escalating when necessary. Baxes then joined DuPont Nutrition & Health in 2017 as a Process Engineer, where they worked until 2021. At International Flavors & Fragrances, Baxes held two roles: DFM Technology Leader from 2021 to 2022 and Process Engineer from 2021 to 2021. Currently, Baxes works as a Senior Downstream Process Engineer at Nature's Fynd, starting in 2022.

Kalin Baxes attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering. The field of study for this degree is not provided. In addition to their formal education, Kalin obtained certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Heart Association in October 2021, and in HACCP from NSF International in June 2018.
