Scott Rubin's work experience begins in 2015 as a Process Engineer I at Archer Daniels Midland Company, where they were responsible for monitoring data and making real-time adjustments in production, pilot, and lab scale industrial fermentation and downstream processing. Scott focused on continuous improvement, optimization, and new equipment start-up, achieving a 20% increase in yields and a 20% reduction in raw material usage in one fermentation. In 2018, they joined ADM Eatem Foods as a Performance Excellence Lead. In 2019, they joined Modern Meadow as a Research Associate II and later became a Fermentation Engineer I. Currently, Rubin is employed at Nature's Fynd as a Submerged Fermentation Scientist starting in 2023.
Scott Rubin attended Michigan State University from 2011 to 2015. Scott pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biosystems Engineering during this time.
