Gary Myers has over 9 years of experience in the field of fermentation science. Gary began their career at Cargill in 2007 as a Fermentation Scientist and held this role for almost 9 years. In January 2016, they joined NatureWorks as a Fermentation Research Scientist, where they are currently employed.
