Jen MacLean-Kim has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as an Account Manager at Naturex since February 2014, where previous roles included Inside Sales Manager and Customer Service Representative. Prior to joining Naturex, Jen held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Ignis Asset Management from June 2011 to November 2013, and worked at Murgitroyd & Company in various roles from August 2005 to June 2011, including Formalities Assistant and Secretary. Jen began a career in customer service at TalkTalk and continued to develop administrative skills at Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar. Jen holds a BA in Community Education from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
